I have lived on this farm since 1966. The cattle are born and bred on this farm. The cattle have access to grass, grain and hay to eat . I do not add any hormones, nor are they given antibiotics. They are taken to a USDA inspected slaughter house. The beef is then dry aged for 14 to 21 days. If you purchase a half or whole beef, it is then custom cut to your specifications. I also sell at Farmers' Markets and there you can buy individual cuts of meat.

Beulah Farms is operated by a fifth generation farm family in the foothills of northwest Georgia. Randall and Virginia Richards along with Stephen and Leah and the grandchildren, Will, Audrey, and Ginny all participate in the operation of the farm. Also
involved is Mark Hales who manages the farm operations. As the years passed, row crops gave way to broilers and dairy cattle, then beef cattle. Now we specialize in pastured Silver Comet and ISA Brown hens and pastured Berkshire hogs. We eat these eggs and
this meat just as we want you to do and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do. As a family, we are interested in growing our animals in as natural an environment as possible. Because of this, we use no growth hormones, no antibiotics, and no animal by-products
in our custom ground feed.

The Burns family has been raising Hereford cattle in the Sequatchie Valley of Tennessee for sixty years. We continue to produce championship quality cattle for other producers and meat suppliers, including Certified Hereford Beef. Our family has enjoyed the beef produced on our farm for decades and we are now offering it for direct sale to the consumer. By choosing one of our packages you can be confident in knowing where it came from as well as having the ability to customize your cuts of meat. The herd is born and raised in our pastures and never confined to a stockyard. We offer them corn feed from our grain the last few weeks to offer better consistency and flavor throughout the meat. The cattle are raised all natural, allowing them to mature at their own rate without unnecessary pharmaceutical intervention. The slaughter facility we work with is USDA inspected and allows each customer to specify thickness and type of their cuts of beef. We offer whole, half, and quarter packages of beef.

Sale Creek TN
Located in scenic Sale Creek, TN, Crider's Creek Farm produces fresh farm eggs for local consumption. Originally started as a fun hobby for their elementary-aged sons, the Crider's raise Golden Comet hens from mail order chicks to produce their golden brown eggs with firm bright yellow yolks. The hens are housed in a large outdoor enclosure with a roomy indoor coop accessible for laying eggs, roosting and escaping the harsh elements. The hens are able to forage for food, take dust baths and lay eggs in a natural environment. Located right next to the Crider's organic garden, the hens benefit from freshly harvested surplus vegetables and weeds on a regular basis. During the winter months, cold hardy veggies such as kale and mustard greens are grown exclusively for the hens' enjoyment. The hens are fed all natural grain and scratch products with no growth hormones, pesticides or animal by-products. The eggs are hand-gathered, washed and dried. The Crider's sell eggs at St. Alban's Farmer's Market,Hixson.

Everett Heritage Farm is the collaborative effort of Craig Savoie and Stephanie Everett.
We grow and produce what we love to eat and share at our farm table. Sustainability is a driving tenet of our philosophy which is based on bio-intensive and heritage farming methods. The land we cultivate has been a part of the Everett family farm for more than 96 years in McLemore Cove at the base of Lookout Mountain. Our farm is interlaced with natural healthy springs that sustain the fresh waters of Cedar Grove Creek and our gardens. We believe that crop diversity and cultivation of multiple varieties of each of the fruit and vegetable types we plant make for a more nutritious and balanced diet for our community and the garden soil as well. We have chosen primarily heirloom and organic seed varieties. Our garden is designed around three seasonal bio-intensive plots (a total of 18 – 5 x 40 ft progressively raised beds). We have also incorporated a small orchard of apple, peach, fig and blueberry. Wild blackberries.
